Am I correct in saying that if I remortgage property A with a view to using equity released from said remortgage to part finance the purchase of property B, then the costs involved in doing so are then added to the purchase price of property B so as to work out CGT if/when it is sold? By costs, I mean remortgage application fee, valuation fee, broker fee, solicitors fees with disbursements etc etc.
