A case involving a fellow landlord in my locality.
He had a Philipino tenant who swanned off back home owing 3-4 months rent (and isn't it easy for this kind of thing to build up?), some £1500 worth against a deposit of c £450.
Let's face it, that's the end of matters, right? No way on Earth any landlord is going to do other than waste their time in pursuing it.
