Greetings Strangey,

If you go to the RLA site (http://www.rla.org.uk/) you can log in as a guest and download PFDs for all sorts of things - holding deposits, guarantor letters etc. You have to pay for the AST (£5) or join as a member (£75) for ongoing access to the forms but worth a look either way.

Actually, they have discontinued the £5 AST download option - you have to join the RLA now to get hold of it. I think there are other documents still available for free download though (forms etc).

FYI you get good insurance discounts from joining (they also do credit checks at good value). I originally joined when I needed to reinsure my 3 properties all at once, and found I saved more than the membership fee instantly in premium savings.

Strangey, try Lawpack (www.lawpack.co.uk)

They are not free but they will have the items you are looking for.

good luck

Or there's the solicitors' forms website: again not free, but excellent value for money: www.oyezformslink.co.uk

Hi Eric

I requested some info from that site and it looks good. Plus after seeing your endorsement I will join asap.
