No-one became 100 years old on 29 February 2000.
In fact, 2000 was the first-ever century year to have a 29 February, as leap years did not exist in 1600.

Can't even send telegrams [abolished]. A Royal e-mail (perhaps a QE-mail?) isn't quite the same.
