Solicitors Fees

Two years ago I paid £430 plus VAT and disbursments to buy a £110,000
house.Now the same solicitor on the same price house wants £575 + + .
A 30% increase. Any comments on either of these prices?

Inflation and Insurance. Try a conveyancer, they are usually cheaper and just as good.
