I was trying to sell my house for over a year with no luck. Along came a family that wanted to buy the house; however, they did not have the down payment. I agreed to allow them to live in the house paying me the mortgage plus an extra amount to be applied as their downpayment. They have 2 years to purchase. Now my ex wants to take me back to court and claim that this is income for me. She wants more child support. Is this considered income? Can someone help with this?
