Hi all,
We have negotiated a six year lease with a break clause at the three year mark, in line with the rent review, with a six month notice requirement.
When it comes to a rent free period, how much of the negotiation is it best to do before passing everything on to the solicitor, and is there a generally accepted period?
As described in previous posts, the office space is essentially a shell with no hot water.
