Comversion of a Family dwelling

Hi I just heard that Camden and Islington council (London) has a very policy tide in regards to make a comversion from a dwelling into flats.

I am very kind converting my house into 3 units flats, would any one knows a little about local planning department's policy of changing family houses into flats?
and also any god architect in Islington Camden.

The best thing to do by far is to have a look at Camden's & Islington's website - you will find the adopted Unitary Development Plan there with all the policies in - just go to the housing chapter...

Conversion to flat is possible:
GIFA from 120 to 150 s.q.m 1x2bed 2x1bed
GIFA more 150 s.q.m 3x1bed 1x1bed and 2x1 bed
All unit and room sizes should meet minimum standards as per stadium
