£270 For Section 8 Proceedings!! - Is This Right?

I've just completed N5 and N119 for possession and recovery of costs and rent, and been told its £150 for the possession and £120 to recover the money (over £1000). Seems an awful lot!! Is that right or has the court clerk got confused?!?!

I have always understood that is £150 for a possession summons to include any arrears claimed at the same time. (on a S8 process - of course you cannot claim arrears on a S21 process)

So, one of us, either myself or the clerk, is wrong!!!!!!

The clerk is wrong. The cost is £150 to issue for possession & money judgment.
