Insurance - Any Recommendations?

Hi,

I've just received a renewal quote for a house I have let to students. I've got cover for both buildings and contents with the property value set at £130k and contents £10k - no accidental damage cover.

At £440 the quote feels expensive (certainly against what I pay for my own home) but I've nothing to gauge it against.

Can anybody recommend any brokers - online or otherwise?

Any advice gratefully received.

I use www.rentguard.org - also you get a discount from them if you are a member of the RLA (www.rla.org.uk) (it may pay you to join the RLA just for the purpose!)
