Tenancy Agreements with new Deposit Clause

Any advice where to get a GOOD Tenancy Agreement -incorporating the new
Deposit Schemes (NLA)- for a reasonable fee?? No very keen in paying annual subscriptions or buying one not knowing what I am getting, as it seems one has to pay membership before dawloding contract.
