Can someone point me in the direction of the rules/regulations/law stating under what circumstances deductions from damage deposits can be made?
Opinions seem to vary between obtaining three written quotes or providing a final invoice or receipt to verify deductions.
This is to do with deductions in summer 2006 so probably isn't covered by the new TDS rules.
