i was wondering if someone can help, my flatmates wants me to me out by end of july, i havenot signed the contract, the girl did buyt the contracts says no subletting allowed, iwas wondering if i find a new place before do i still need to pay out the rent to the girl who has contract with the agency, orcan i just go like this and also are they allowed to kick me out if i still pay the rent
