Rent Guarantee insurance

Could someone please post a recommendation for the above. I would like to get this insurance but as there are so many co's offering this, I really would appreciate some advice.

The last thing I want should I have to claim is find out the insurance company are really bad in paying up..:o

fyi - tenants will be reference checked beforehand by agency, probably by paragon.

The two main qualification criteria are that you reference all tenants, obtain a credit check ad you obtain two forms of ID.
