Not seen any mention of this, is it true! Sounds barking to me as landlords don't pay the utility bills so why would the report make any difference?

The idea is that the prospective tenants can make an ecological choice as to which property they will let. I'm sure your properties carbon footprint will be on the top of their agenda rather than which catchment area it's in lol.

Just another tax to hit landlords.

I can't imagine many prospective tenants wanting a 3 bedroomed house for instance, turning down an otherwise perfect home just because of its grading.
