Hello all,
Dispite all of the fretting and worrying, the Possession date for my troublesome T to vacate finally came through and its only giving the T 7 days from today to vacate.
Note that I used the B,ham court service who turned around my application in 6 wks start to finish ie from me serving to P date.
anyway thanks to all who helped along the way.
