AST and Children

I’m applying for a BTL Remortgage and it states on the form, how many tenants are currently in occupation in the property.

Do I include Children? Or only their parents who are on the AST? :confused:

Children cannot be tenants, as <18 yrs old. Best to ignore them (unless they cry a lot).

I generally put them down as permitted occupiers whilst parents in occupation.
