midnight flit what next

Our tenant owes us £8k having not paid us in 10 months. we have paid the court fee and are waiting for a hearing date s21 and 8

he did a midnight flit the weekend, and the house is empty


what are our options now ?

Any recommendations on securing the property . We dont have his keys back, and wonder what are the fors and againsts of changing locks and stuff
at this stage

Sounds terrible. We had a neighbour who did that. There one day and gone the next!
