Conversion of Property/New Build Indemnity Insurance

Can anybody advise me of any Company that might offer this policy. Due to the nature of the building (a new build on top of an old build) NHBC will not offer a warranty.

I am looking for a product that would maybe hold some sort of bond, tricky I know as the financial stability of the provider would be paramount.

I am hopeful that somebody out there may be able to help

Countrywide"On Cover" offers a no-architect/NHBC policy if construction work >4 yrs ago and no known defects. It will quote in other cases too (01603-617617).
GCS offers a similar Buiolding Standards policy, provided that building has been owner-occupied for >2 yrs and no known defects (01435-868050).
BOTH really protect mortgagee (lender), rather than owner, and there are various other exclusions too.
