How to set up and Partnership

What is the best way to set up a Partnership.
As to be able to purchase and lease property.

If I was setting up a company (Ltd) that would be easy.
I.e just get it incorporated with Companies house.

Are there any good web sites , not USA One's or books that might help

As you are going to be involving yours and others entitlement to very considerable sums of money, I suggest that you bite the bullet, turn the water cooling of your cheque book on and consult a solicitor. Get him to draw up the partnership agreement for you then you and your future partners can be certain that you are all working under a watertight agreement. Your solicitor's fee won't be cheap but in view of the circumstances I would think it will be well worth it!
