Not really a planning issue but I'd contact building control it maybe a structural post;)

If the post has been withdrawn then you will still require permission, permits, licences, pay a hugh fee and fill in 28.3 forms four times over, or permission will be refused. :confused:

I actually do have an extension without permission.

So what if i live my life on a knifes edge? At the end of my teather? They'll never find me, I won't be caught. Ha ha! I flaut a salty kipper in the faces of this inhuman terror, these monsterous fiends that cower behind the moniker "they". Yeah... What can they do to me or my extension? Nothing! I don't need their "permission".

Uhhhh... They're here. Oh my god, they're here! I'm in so much trouble... Think man, think! I can't take the intollerable horror of it all anymore. They'll crucify me. Does any one know how I would go about suing an anonymous, malicious, builder that built an extension on my house, without permission, while I was on holiday?
