help:eek:
i have been paying my premiums for over 3 years now to let protector.com and no claims until storm a few weeks ago
put in a storm damage claim for damage to my flat roof, had the usual visit from loss adjuster from Davies adjusters, chadwell heath and SIX weeks later i was told that my insurance was void as i hadnt told the insurance company that my GARAGE had a flat roof!
So Markel International , the underwriters told me now that i have NO insurance and have returned my premium paid
Wot a stich up
here is a copy of the SMALL print: notice paragraph (i)

Well as a small landlord i just havent got £3700 lying around for repairs and have got this horrible feeling that they have just given me an excuse
