A converted house; 4 separate flats.
The conversion was done +30 years ago. The flats have been tenanted ever since.
If the owners wished to sell the flats off individually, apart from the legal separation, what if any, physical requirements, must be observed; eg regarding services (they have GCH) . i.e. can they be sold 'as is'?
The fact that they are not up to current building regs is not a problem??
