Can anyone recommend a company, who offer Home Emergency cover on its own?

As my property is a leasehold and buildings is arranged by the freeholder.

Many Thanks

I use Home Service- very reasonable cost and found quite reliable.

I tried googling it with no luck, do have the link to that? or the parent company's name?

Try hsgb.co.uk. It's based in Walsall.

Try homeletuk.com. They cover the cost of a contractor's call-out, labour charge, parts and materials up to the cost of £500 including VAT. They use their own contractors, so if there is an emergency you simply call Homelet. They ensure that contractors will arrive within 4 hours. The cost of this insurance used to £7 per month, (don't know what it is now). The policy will not cover you for for call-outs due to lack of routine maintenance.
Please don't take this as gospel. I got this out of ' The Buy to Let Bible', So I have no more info about it. Sounds to good to be true doesn't it. I do intend contacting them myself just to make sure.
Hope this helps.
