Hi,

Is it possible to obtain, from the local council, a copy of a Landlords HMO Licence Application under the Freedom of Information Act?

Thanks.

Good question! They certainly ask a lot of questions.

Why would you want a copy of the licence application, plenty of the information that is on the application will be on the councils 'register of HMO licences'. In fact most of it.

So when they ask me how many toilet seats I have - I can refer them to the register.

Depends on who you mean by 'they'

Why? Is collecting them a brand-new hobby?
I thought that "Gentlemen, lift the seat" was a specialist toastmaster's instruction, anyway.
