Taking Landlord to court

I'm taking our landlord to court over a damage deposit dispute (what else!!).
Our AST shows the landlords as two partners, however it is only one of these people who is attempting to withhold the damage deposit. Should my claim be against both partners, or just the one?

You should claim against Both! Not fiar on the one who is willing to hand it over, but then they should have the guts to stand up to the other partner and hand the money over!!!
