Flat Share Issue

I live in a shared house of 3 people. The third person that has moved in has started having parties without asking, is very noisy and has even moved his girlfriend in. The landllord isn't keen to get involved because we chose this third person after a series of interviews. We would now like to get rid of him after his disrespectful behaviour, what rights do we have?

The landlord we think, the agency hold an old copy of the agreement with different people and it may even be possible that the person we are tryign to evict has the tenancy.

No! The question "who has the tenancy" means who are the parties involved.

For instance do you each have a separate tenancy agreement with the landlord or are you all "joint & severally" liable in that the three of you share the same tenancy?
