For a letting property; what represents best value in kitchen cupboard doors. It is worth spending a little extra for solid wood that can be refinished if necessary, or go for cheaper Melamine type white, fake painted effect?

I guess easy to keep clean ones are a good idea.

I would think it would depend on your target market. The less rent you expect, the less quality is needed.
