I have re-posted this question on the "Letting Agancy" section. Appoligies.
My tenant wanted a long term tenancy and has paid 6 months rent up front to the Agency. According to the contract I'm still only getting the monthly rent. This obviously means that the agency has making a few quid in the interest of the rent.
Have I a right to demand that money?
