Tenants signed a 6 month tenancy. Notice served after 4 months as they were going to move out. Changed their minds and signed a new 6 month fixed term. They have now decided they want to move (again)!
Question: Is the original notice still valid, or because they signed a new fixed term, will I have to serve a new notice?
For some reason I have it in my head that a Notice is valid for 12 months.
Hope you can help.
Thanks

A Notice is specific to the tenancy concerned.
New tenancy means need new Notice.
