Hi there,
Wondering if anyone could help. I need to try and track down the health and safety obligations for a block management company, as one of my tenants (who is pregnant) slipped over on the lino floor that was being cleaned and therefore wet (no yellow warning signs out at all) and ended up in hospital. They also sent a letter round asking for all doormats to be removed from outside the flats and have recently removed the mats from the communal areas so there is nowhere to wipe your feet when you walk in. There is a very small yellow sticker on the door saying Caution Slippery when Wet, but I don't believe this is adequate??
Any ideas welcome
Thank you for your help
Sam
