What would happen, after serving the S21 notice, if I just went round and changed the locks - sure they have had the two months notice (more in fact) and are not over six months in rental arrears?
It just seems so long to wait, until the court make up their mind - the tenants are just stringing this along, knowing that its costing me - just because they can get away with it.
