upgrade my property

Hi I am looking for a specialist company ( in London) to advice me on the best effective way to upgrade my property to HMO standard.

any help will be very apreciate.

I do not know a specialist that might help you with registering your property as an HMO. My only thought is to contact the HMO part of the Council concerned and ask whether they might know of anyone... I am sure they will assist...
