Eviction

I have a court order saying the tenant had to leave the
property yesterday.
Nothing heard from the tenant so I went round today & they have gone, neighbour saw them move out, nothing up at window so you can see empty
I tried the door &found it had been left unlocked


What is the legal situation?

Is the hous now mine or do I have to enforce order with bailiff?

They have complied with the court order, if there is nothing in the house that belongs to them I believe you can safely take possession.
