Ok guys so zoopla and rightmove both show sold prices for a given house, is there any internet site that shows historical rental info, ie if the house has been previously for rent, price etc?? thinking this would be difficult to track accurately but just wondering

There is obviously no such requirement for rentals.

I suspect not because sale prices are registered at the land registry - very few rents are registered (only 'rent act' ones iirc)

Thought that would be the case, but just thought hat if landlords actively adveertised there propert on the internet there would be a collection of this data. Knew it was a long shot but just wondered..Thanks for the reply though guys.
