HMO requirements?

For a HMO what is physically required for the property. I know that in different local authoirties it is different. Just want to know general what is required.

I know that you need ...
--self closing fire doors for each bedroom and room leading off the hall...
--Fire alarm on floor
--gas safety certificate

Would you need?
--Fire alarm in each bedroom?
--Fire extinguisher in kitchen and fire blanket?
--sink in each bedroom??????

If it isn't a licensable HMO then you dont have to concern yourself with the sink in every bedroom.

Fire precautions can depend on each individual HMO, size, type, occupancy, tenants, etc. The only people who can give a definitive answer is your local council.
