There are quite a few companies - and individuals - who will buy whole portfolios, the only drawback with this route is that they are obviously buying with the intention of turning a profit. The good news however is that the good ones do not charge you for conducting their own valuations and surveys. They will simply look over the properties and make you an offer, they tend to only offer up to 85% of the market value. You can however use a site like:

where you can market the individual properties yourself and save a fortune in estate agents fees.

What sort of properties? Freehold (vacant, let, or reversions)?

Commercial, flats, houses, or what else?
