An article in the latest NLA magazine states 'current rules give landlords twenty eight days in which to produce an EPC'
This doesn't seem consistent with The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 which states that the EPC must be made available 'at the earliest opportunity' and whichever is the earlier of a person requesting information about the building or the time at which the person views the building.
Has there been an amendment to the 2007 regulations or am I missing something?
