I don't know what the LLZ forms say, as I've never worked out how to access them, (and always link to letlink ones), but if they are using a 'saving clause' in s.21(1)(b) notices then this urgently needs to be amended. It's just asking for trouble, when we know from anecdotal evidence that (right or wrong) a court may decide a s.21 notice is void for uncertainty if it uses a saving clause - but there is absolutely NO point in a saving clause for a s.21(1)(b) notice.
