s21 signiture

Sometime i get tenants to sign s21s, if they want to be evicted (sometimes the council needs an eviction form to re house them)

If i am posting them tho, should i be signing them in the exact signiture spot where i get the tenants to sign when they accept them?

Or is proof of postage enough without the signiture?
