Minimum heating requirements

Hi all,

Could somebody tell me, what are the minimum requirements so far as heating provisions are concerned for a 1 bedroom unfurnished flat? At present it hasnt got any heating at all.

I've heard three different opinions:

1. You dont have to provide any heating
2. You must provide some form of heating
3. You must provide wall mounted/fixed heating

Fairly sure you don't have to supply anything. Tenant can provide their own "plug in" convention/oil filled rad type heaters of their choice.

We have a 1 bed studio flat, and it has 1 night store heater in the main living area. Tenants provide their own additional heating if they require it.
