New N5B old N5C - very confusing!

Just finished filling in an N5B (accelerated possession after Sec 21). The form is now dated 08.11
However the notes to accompany the form N5C are dated 04.10 and refer to the old form and hence there are several inconsistencies.

Makes it very difficult to complete the form correctly. I rang the local County Court and whilst very helpful and apologetic were unable to help. They suggested I write a letter to include with the form to explain the situation.

I'm hoping I don't get a judge that decides I've filled it out wrong so won't accept it.

Anybody else noticed this?

the rla (maybe the nla also) have a service for members - you pay them (can't remember how much) and they complete your court forms for you. i always do it that way as i'm mistake prone!
