Can anyone point me at the data used for estimating costs in the EPC model?

What I'm after is a table of EPC Class vs Type of Property vs Actual Energy Cost (or at least energy usage).

The EPC uses SAP standardised data to generate figures.

See table in figure 12 near the end of the appendices, a bit laborious but these are the figures used to calculate cost.This is the latest 9.83 version notes of the SAP calculation methodology.
