12 months let with a 6 month break clause how are letting agents fees handled ?

Hi I let my property for 12 months with a six month break after 7 months my tenant will move out .

Can i expect to be refunded for the 5 months my letting agent has charged me that i have not received rent ?

Probably not. Your agent persuaded you to agree this precisely so that they receive 12 months commission for a 6 month let.
