Witness Statement - Possession Claim

Can someone please help me. I wondering if someone could be kind enough to e-mail me a witness statement they have used in court already.

I am building up my evidence pack not sure how to approach the witness statement.

i know theres is one under "Documents" but its link to small claims.

Possession claim is under grounds 8, 10 and 11.

i would really appreciate your help.

All a witness statement needs to say is your honest appraisal of events concerning your attempts to obtain the rent, and keep it to the point. There is no "template".

i'll be writing it in sort of bullet point format just stating the facts and with reference to the attachments that will be added to the pack.

One last question:

Do i need to send a copy of my evidence pack to the dependant as well?
