Our agent has filed Possesion Claim online for a flat that a tenant is 3 months in arrears with her rent.
However the Claim is the "agent" vs "tenant" we are not sure if this should be "landlord" vs "tenant" on the claim however they are our authorised agent.
What does everybody think? Is this claim invalid?

PS - Flat is in London with a valid AST and deposit is protected
