Can anyone recommend a decent decorator in North Tyneside? I have tried 3 (including one who decorated my own home) and no one seems to want to work. One advised me he now no longer works outside of his own tiny area in South Tyneside and the other 2 didn't even have the decency to turn up to quote! My tenant is still in situ and is being decent enough in allowing access before he leaves, but I really don't want to inconvenience him too much with no shows.
