Under an HMO licence, is it compulsory for a house with 7 bedrooms to have a sink in each room?
There are 3 'bathrooms' (2 with shower, basin & toilet, 1 with just shower & basin).
Are there any exceptions?
Thanks

Under licensing the exception to whb in unit of accommodation is if there are kitchens facilities provided in each unit.
Many authorities are not pushing this 'requirement' (i use the term lightly) possibly until year 5 of a licence, although landlords are being advised of what the statutory instrument says. Hopefully somebody in government will see sense and amend this requirement as necessary.
From what you have posted it would appear that you are also a WC light.

Initially plenty of confusion over this, as the DCLG never defined what a bathroom was.
Apparently a bathroom is just that, a room with only a bath in (or shower).
