I would like members advice on a section that I have added to my property website, www.publicangel.com (http://www.publicangel.com)
The newly added ‘Calculators’ section has the following property and mortgage calculators:
Gross Rental Yield Calculator
Net Rental Yield Calculator
Return On Investment (ROI) Calculator
Loan To Value Calculator
Equity Calculator
Rental Cover Calculator
Loan Calculator
Monthly Rental Calculator (based on loan)
Maximum Loan Calculator (based on Rental Income)
Calculate from Deposit
Stamp Duty Calculator
I would like members opinions on whether they’re easy to use and if there are any calculators that I may have missed out for property and mortgage purposes.
