Experience required re Southcourt

Evening all,

Could anyone be of any help. I'm currently researching in the the property letting agency business. My aim is to establish my own business in the north east.
After extensive research into my options, i have found the "southcourt package" very interesting.

Could anyone share any experience with me on this package. benefits and concerns. Is there any other competitive packages on the market.
